Staying at Leerhotel Het Klooster was a unique experience, given its former monastery setting. The room was spacious with a charming balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The mix of staff and students made for a delightful yet leisurely service, which added to the hotel's character. The peaceful environment allowed for a relaxing stay, and the storage room for bicycles was convenient for exploring the nearby nature and city center. I particularly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, both skillfully prepared by the talented students.Despite the dated interior, the historical significance of the building and its surroundings added a certain charm to the stay. The unconventional concept of having trainee students work in the hotel brought a refreshing energy to the place, although service could be a bit slow at times. The location, while not central, offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. The nearby forest leading to the Fletcher Hotel was a pleasant discovery for a relaxed evening out.Leerhotel Het Klooster provides a unique blend of history, hospitality, and tranquility.
