I particularly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, both skillfully prepared by the talented students.Despite the dated interior, the historical significance of the building and its surroundings added a certain charm to the stay. The unconventional concept of having trainee students work in the hotel brought a refreshing energy to the place, although service could be a bit slow at times. The location, while not central, offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life.
